We understand that electrical problems can be both costly and confusing. That's why we're here to make the process easier and more transparent for you!
There’s often confusion between estimates, diagnostics, and service calls, so we’d like to clear that up for you:
- Estimates: If you’re planning a project like a panel upgrade, lighting installation, or EV charger setup, we provide free estimates to give you an idea of the cost upfront. This helps you budget without any obligation.
- Diagnostics: If something isn't working correctly—like flickering lights, a tripped breaker, or a faulty outlet—our team needs to investigate the issue. A diagnostic involves a skilled electrician coming out, using specialized tools, and taking the time to find the root of the problem. That’s why diagnostics are not free—they require expertise and attention to detail.
- Service Calls: When it’s time to fix the issue, a service call covers the cost of sending a licensed electrician to your location, plus any labor required to repair the problem. While we wish we could offer these services at no cost, the time, expertise, and materials required mean that service calls also aren’t free.
Estimates, however, remain free because we believe in helping you plan for your project without any surprises. Our goal is always to provide affordable, reliable service and ensure that you feel confident and well-informed throughout the process.
